How to connect, unite, and engage their communities. According to Abraham Maslow, people have a deep desire to bond and belong to groups of like-minded individuals. When people feel deeply connected to each other through a shared vision, they thrive and perform at their best, especially when there’s a crisis.
WHAT THEY WILL LEARN IN MODULE 2:
How to sustain continuing dialogues with group leaders and the Citizens to increase participation and accountability at all levels. Nobody can influence and motivate without clearly communicate and resonate with the recipients.
WHAT THEY WILL LEARN IN MODULE 3:
How to become a heart-centered leader who cares. As the saying goes, “No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care.” Compassion is the lever that builds enduring trust. And no one can be an effective leader without trust.
WHAT THEY WILL LEARN IN MODULE 4:
Why it’s essential to learn and grow consistently. The right knowledge and tools to flourish and determine the direction of their communities are critical. To lead with rock-solid confidence and courage, one must always be ahead of the curve.
WHAT THEY WILL LEARN IN MODULE 5:
Why they need to network and forge meaningful relationships with each other to share best practices. Everyone either consciously or unconsciously longs to contribute to something big. That is why the Mayors also need to inspire the Citizens to make a difference. A sense of contribution is a fundamental need that the leader must fulfill.
WHAT THEY WILL LEARN IN MODULE 6:
How to inspire the Citizens so they can focus on possibilities instead of limitations. Human beings are naturally highly creative and innovative. The leader needs to encourage and reward those who proactively seek ways to improve existing procedures, practices, and systems.
WHAT THEY WILL LEARN IN MODULE 7:
How to establish benchmarks for success and provide a roadmap with clear directions on the critical steps necessary to get to the next level of success. Everything worthy cause or movement starts with a clear directive and vision.
Haiti has been going through some rough political and economic watershed moments. The situation has worsened in the wake of the devastating hurricane that decimated half of the island. Local and central governments are struggling with limited resources and know-how to respond to the crisis.
We believe one of the first and immediately measures is to join forces with the central government to help them energize, motivate, and train the Mayors on Good Governance and efficient leadership.
We are proposing The 7Cs Of Influential And Persuasive Leadership. This training has an emphasis on good governance, and twenty-first-century leadership skills. The result will foster economic growth in all the communes. Subsequently, the entire country will bounce back and move forward.
What we are proposing is an engaging, interactive, and hands-on training. We divide the content into seven modules. Each one supports and builds on the previous one to achieve the objective.
