give them a Compelling reason to stay
It's not the market, the economy or ai that's killing your numbers.

What Happy Clients Are Saying
----The Keynote----
give them a compelling reason to stay
Leaders, stop losing your good people. During times of uncertainty, your people are asking...
Do I matter here? Is there a future for me here?
Nobody says it out loud. But every person in your building is answering those questions every single day. And their answers become the story they tell themselves about your culture.
When the workplace is filled with negativity, poor communication, no recognition, and constant uncertainty, that story turns toxic fast. People disengage. Your best people quietly start looking for the door.
The way you change the story is not with a mission statement. It is with honey.
Rene is the creator of Hive Activation™. It is a framework for pollinating a workplace on purpose. Recognition. Appreciation. Encouragement. Trust. Real connection. Repeated until the negativity thins out and your people write a different story about where they work.
Rene unpacks the full framework in his book, A Compelling Reason To Stay: Leaders, Stop Losing Your Good People.
That is how you attract top performers. That is how you keep the ones you already have.

Your Team Walks Out.
Here is what changes in the room from the first minute to the last.
Before the Keynote
- Overwhelmed by the pace of change
- Frozen by fear of making the wrong move
- Telling themselves "I'm not ready for this"
- Reacting to problems instead of leading through them
- Low morale and declining trust in leadership
- Waiting for someone else to set the direction
- Owning every result, regardless of what the market is doing
- Using no as fuel to keep going instead of a reason to stop
- Replacing fear with a simple framework to reset and make the next call
- Telling a story that builds momentum and drives deals forward
- Showing up with full effort no matter what the conditions look like
Where This Message Comes From
He Did Not Learn
This In A Classroom
He mopped floors. He washed cars on the streets of Miami with three dollars and a bucket. He worked the door at a hotel in Atlanta for fourteen years, carrying bags and holding open doors for the people he dreamed of becoming.
Today those same people pay him to stand on their stage.
Rene Godefroy grew up in a tiny village in Haiti where most people did not expect him to survive. No running water. No electricity. No medical care
At 21 he arrived in America with five dollars, two shirts, and no English. He took whatever work he could find and spent years wondering if his life would always look exactly like this.
Then one day an epiphany changed everything. He realized it was not Haiti holding him back. It was not poverty. It was not the language barrier. It was the story he was telling himself about all of those things. The moment he broke that story and replaced it with a new one, his life changed.
He went from the door of that hotel to the stages of Coca-Cola, Aflac, AT&T, Marriott, and the U.S. Army. Not because he got lucky. Because he learned to break the fear story in his head every single time life handed him a reason to quit.
That is what he teaches today. When your people face change, hard times, pressure, or uncertainty, Rene shows them exactly how to take control of the story running in their head. They will not just leave feeling inspired. They will leave with a tool they can use the very next morning.
"That one yes was not luck. It was the reward for ignoring the no's. It became proof that if you stay in the game long enough, the yes is always there."
- Rene Godefroy
